Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you visit this website, join the waitlist, or book a discovery call with Panacea Psych Ltd ("we", "us").
Who we are
Panacea Psych Ltd, registered company number 16576173, registered office 8 Station Parade, High Street Wanstead, London, England, E11 1QF, is the data controller for the information described in this policy.
What we collect
- Waitlist form: your email address, submitted when you join the Circle waitlist.
- Discovery call booking: your name, email address, and any answers you give to the booking questions, collected by our scheduling provider, Calendly.
- Website usage: this site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Why we collect it
- To let you know when the next Circle opens.
- To arrange and prepare for a discovery call with you.
- To send occasional relevant updates about The Panacea Method, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Our legal basis for this is your consent (given by submitting the form or booking a call) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Who we share it with
We use the following processors to run this site and our bookings. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes waitlist form submissions.
- Calendly — handles discovery call scheduling.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else without telling you first.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and enquiry data for as long as you remain interested in The Panacea Method, or until you ask us to delete it. If you become a client, information relevant to your care is retained in line with standard medical record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribing from the waitlist);
- complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've mishandled your data.
